When the signed lease says payment by the 1st of the Month, payment is on the first. Each new tenant is met with face to face for lease review and signature. The expectations are clear. The consequences for lease violations are clear as well.

Our office will prepare and customize Lease Agreements tailored to your property. Each year renewals are sent with any new terms, as appropriate. No pets preferred – no problem.

Infante offers fee-based qualified tenant placement. Infante uses the latest technologies – from rental agents within the community to social media – to ensure minimal vacancy periods. Along with standard employment and credit check, each tenant is thoroughly vetted to establish their qualifications for placement. 

Infante Property services include assisting you with determining the market rent for your property. New clients to Infante find this especially helpful. This is part of our fee-based Tenant Placement Package.
